Paintworks is situated alongside the River Avon and is a vibrant and exciting community of creative people and an ideal base whilst you are in Bristol. It’s been labelled “Bristol’s creative quarter” because it’s home to a host of live /work spaces, cool film companies, Digital/Design agencies, artist and musician studios.
There are lots of small courtyards, communal green spaces and riverside benches – great to discover whilst mooching around. The onsite event space and courtyard may also be hosting an art show or local food festival whilst you’re visiting.
There are two great restaurants on site, one an original American Airstream serving, in our humble opinion, the coffee and toasties in the South West and Boca Bar which is known across Bristol for its local ales and prize winning pizzas.
We love Paintworks but hey, don’t just take our word for it. Check out our review section to see what some of our recent guest have said about staying here.
